Ordering Process
The CIONIC App is compatible with most popular smartphones and tablets. To set up and use the Neural Sleeve, you must install the CIONIC App on a compatible device. The App is available for both iOS and Android devices, and additional guidance is below:
- iPhone:
- Operating System: iOS 16.x or later
- Recommended Device Model: iPhone 12 or newer
- iPad:
- Operating System: iPadOS 16.x or later
- Recommended Device Models: iPad (8th generation) or newer, iPad Pro (4th generation) or newer, iPad Air (4th generation) or newer, iPad Mini (6th generation) or newer
- Android:
- Most newer Android devices should be compatible as long as they meet the following specs:
- Recommended operating system: Android 13 or later (API 33)
- Minimum requirement: Android 11 (API 30)
- Minimum RAM = 4Gb
- Minimum Number of Cores = 4
- Minimum CPU Speed = 1.5GHz
- Device Models: there are many types of devices and brands capable of running Android 13+. Below is a list of popular devices that are compatible with the CIONIC App:
- Samsung Galaxy A54, Samsung S21 FE 5G, Google Pixel 7a, Moto G Play (2024)
- Other devices may be compatible, so please contact your device manufacturer to confirm your device is capable of running Android 13 or later, or download the CIONIC App from the Google Play store. Contact support@cionic.com if you believe you have a compatible device but are unable to download the CIONIC App

Cost & Subscription Information
For customers ordering two sleeves, the onboarding process starts with a single Neural Sleeve on the side of the customer's choosing to determine if the Neural Sleeve is a fit for their mobility. Once a customer has been successfully onboarded on the first side, monthly billing for the first Neural Sleeve will begin. Once the Mobility Specialist and customer agree the customer is ready for the second sleeve, we'll ship the second Neural Sleeve. Once the customer is onboarded with the second sleeve, the monthly billing for both sleeves will begin. The second sleeve will be prorated to the current billing cycle so there is only one monthly invoice, so the monthly bill for the first and twelfth month of the second Neural Sleeve will have a prorated amount accordingly. If for some reason onboarding is unsuccessful and the second Neural Sleeve will not be shipped, the $200 down payment for the second Neural Sleeve will be refunded.
If you decide to cancel your order before we ship your Neural Sleeve, we will refund your down payment. If you decide to cancel after you have received your Neural Sleeve but before you complete onboarding, if the sleeve is returned within two months of delivery and electrodes have not been applied you are only responsible for the down payment; however, if you do not return the Neural Sleeve within the two months, you are responsible for the down payment and any monthly payments.
You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into cionic.com/account and clicking the "CANCEL MONTHLY BILLING" button.
- If you cancel during the first 12 monthly payments, return the sleeve, and we will stop monthly charges.
- If you cancel after the first 12 monthly payments, you keep and can continue to use the sleeve. We will stop monthly charges, and you can purchase an extended warranty or replacement electrodes.
Care & Warranty Information
The Cionic Neural Sleeve carries a one-year warranty, starting from the date of onboarding, during which eligible repairs are covered under warranty. CIONIC will not provide free repair for malfunctions caused by the following behaviors:
- Disassembly or modification of the product without authorization.
- Accidental damage of the product during use or transportation.
- Liquid damage.
- Lack of reasonable maintenance.
- Operation not according to the instructions.
- Repairs by unauthorized repair store.
After the initial 12-month period, extended warranty coverage is included with your ongoing Cionic Care Plan monthly subscription or an a-la-carte purchase. You’re covered for up to 3 years.
