Error Messages

On occasion, you may receive error messages in the app during regular Neural Sleeve use. If you see an error message, the app will provide you with information to help you fix the issue. If you have followed the prompts from the error message, consulted the IFU for troubleshooting and are still having issues, please report an issue through the CIONIC App while your Control Unit is plugged into your sleeve, if possible. This provides our engineers with as much information as possible to help find a solution. If you aren’t able to report an issue through the app, contact support@cionic.com.
